Notes: The mid-size Rolex Yachtmaster is ideal for men or women. Measuring 35mm, the mid-size Oyster case is ideal for men who are looking for a smaller sports reference as well as women who are in the market for a bold statement piece. The reference 68623 that is for sale here today showcases the luxurious style that the Yachtmaster is known for with the addition of steel and Rolex gold. A white dial is set with black hour markers and central sweeping Mercedes hands, creating a sophisticated statement piece that is at home at the office or on the decks of a Yacht. Rolex carefully designed the Yachtmaster to keep perfect time while sailing, offering a 60-minute time-lapse bezel, highly visible dial, and waterproof Oyster case to protect the 31-jewel movement within.
Mechanism:
The Calibre 2135 replaced the older Calibre 2035 that had found success inside the Ladies Oyster Perpetual, as well as the ladies and midsize Datejust. When first introduced, 2135, the demonstrated the highest first time pass rate of any movement tested by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute. At just 20mm in diameter and 5.83mm in height, the 29-jewel calibers still manage to provide a 42-hour power reserve. The automatic, self-winding movements beat at 28,800vph, the standard frequency of all modern Rolexes that provides the characteristic eight ticks a second smooth sweep of the seconds hand, as well as giving an increased shock protection.

There is a hacking capability with this movement.
