Specific Item Information: The Brothers Block from Lunde Studios is a 2-in-1 structure created by two Victorian brothers who had separate shops in their shared building, the Brothers Block. Outside hanging signs and window signs for Hoit's Hardware and Sid's Shoes are included. In the center of the front are double doors opening onto stairs leading to apartments above. Examples of this style of duplex building can be seen in towns and cities across the country.

Wall tabs and slots, separate, pre-colored, self-locating windows and doors, and only the front brick to paint, make construction a breeze. Clear window material plus text and photo instructions are included as is a black roof with cast-in details.

Road Name History: Although they may be molded in color, unpainted and unlettered, undecorated products are marketed to modelers who seek to custom decorate their models for private roads and/or road and/or company names that were not commercially produced by any of the major manufacturers.

Undecorated models are frequently also unassembled or only partially assembled and required modelers to be comfortable with glue, paint and sometimes solder in order to prepare their models for display.
