In past days it served as a wind-powered rolling mill - today it stands aged and weathered, mostly as a tourist interest. The unique structure will look great along a waterway on your layout, or in an open field - modeling a light-duty industry that can be rail-served or truck-served. The detached garage may be placed in any configuration adjacent to the mill.
