Notes: Jim Dunnigan designed Chicago-Chicago!, a game modeling the conflict between hippies and police at the 1968 Democratic Convention. Dunnigan seemed to treat this game as a kind of 'though experiment' in wargaming. Dunnigan stated it was a "serious attempt to model the situation...Non-war games were never expected to be hits...While most game topics were selected by S&T readers, we did allow ourselves an editor's choice once a year, and this was often something like the Chicago game." Dunnigan went on to say he didn't favor the hippies or cops in the conflict. "I was always interested in modeling non-military conflicts. You can't take sides if you want to do it right."

Flight of the Goeben was designed by Morale and Williams. This game simulates the unsuccessful pursuit of the WW I battlecruiser, SMS Goeben through the Mediterranean by British and French naval forces. As well as the standard hex and counter version of the game, a set of larger ship counters and miniatures rules are also included.
