This design is featured on page 148, Plate XII-17 of “Mexican Silver” by Penny Morrill and Carole Berk. Antonio's assertively Modernist bracelet encloses gold-flecked obsidian stones within sculptural arches, combining lightness with the intense darkness of each obsidian stone. A sophisticated statement executed with Antonio's trademark precision. Angled to the sun, the stones enchant with shimmering gold flecks shifting to a dark, mirror-finish black.
