Description: The Seiko "4206" mechanism is designed for Ladies' watches. It measures about 18mm in diameter. It uses a ball bearing quarter-arc rotor and can be hand-wound.

There are a large number of functions in this mechanism. In addition to the typical hours, minutes and seconds, it can also display the date and bilingual weekday. Both day/date functions can be quickly set in the middle crown position. The Seiko 4206B has got seventeen jewels, an excenter winding mechanism and a Glucydur balance, which is secured in two inhouse Diashock absorbers.
