CP no longer operates Vancouver's West Coast Express on behalf of TransLink, a regional transit authority. Bombardier Transportation assumed control of train operations on 5 May 2014
Brief History:
Canada is a North American country stretching from the U.S. in the south to the Arctic Circle in the north.
