Recipe - Crepes Unlike pancakes, crêpes are much thinner because they aren't made with baking powder, as are pancakes.

Description: These delicate, classic crepes have no added sugar, making them well suited for either sweet or savory recipes. Serve them with the toppins of your choice.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions: Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients . Add and briskly mix wet ingredients. Heat skillet over medium high burner. Add about 1/2 cup batter and tilt pan to distribute around bottom. Flip when only 1/3 of the surface looks wet. Second side cooks faster.
