Company History: Introduced after the opening of Channel tunnel in November of 1994, the Eurostar travels at 300 km/h, making a 3 hour trip between London and Paris and a 2 hour and 40 minute trip between London and Brussels. The Eurostar was developed through the co-operation of 3 countries - France, Belgium and the U.K. - using the French TGV as its conceptual baseline.

The Eurostar "three capital train", which travels to and from London, Paris, and Brussels, consists of 20 cars including the 2 end cars.
Brief History: The United Kingdom, made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, is an island nation in northwestern Europe. England – birthplace of Shakespeare and The Beatles – is home to the capital, London, a globally influential centre of finance and culture. England is also site of Neolithic Stonehenge, Bath’s Roman spa and centuries-old universities at Oxford and Cambridge.
