Company History:
TCT was the result of the 1921 reorganization of the Texas City Transportation Company. TCT operates about 32 miles of track in the Port of Texas City, Texas, the 8th largest port in the country. Today, the company is jointly owned by Union Pacific and BNSF. After operating for many years with a trio of MP15DC’s, these units have now been re-manufactured by MPI into MP14B genset units.
Brief History:
