Company History: SINOTRANS&CSC was established with the merging of China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation (“SINOTRANS”) and China Changjiang National Shipping (Group) Corporation (“CSC”) in March 2009. The headquarters is located in Beijing.
