Company History:
The PCHR was launched in 1997 by the Trillium Railway Company to take over about 30 miles of former Canadian National industrial trackage in St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, and Port Colborne, Ontario. Customers include: ADM Milling, Ingredion Canada, Jungbunzlauer Canada, Port Colborne Grain Terminal, Riverland Ag, Dunn Paper, Herman’s Building Centres, International Marine Salvage, Kemira Chemicals, Steve Ratkovsky & Sons, TIW Steel Plateworks, Trenergy, WP Warehousing, Chemtrade Chemicals Canada, ASW Steel, Atlantic Biodiesel, Energex Tube, SLM Recycling and Vesuvius Canada. The locomotive fleet includes a pair of S13’s, an S2 and a C425.
Brief History:
