Company History: Swietelsky Rail Australia (SRA) is an established and reliable rail maintenance service provider, providing specialised mechanised maintenance solutions across Australia including ballast cleaning, track resurfacing and flash butt welding.

SRA has cemented a foundation as the industry leader in ballast cleaning in New South Wales, having successfully delivered more than 300 kilometres of ballast cleaning in the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) Hunter Valley network since September 2014. In addition to RM80 and RM95 ballast cleaning and spoil wagon consists, SRA’s established fleet includes high speed plain track and turnout resurfacing capabilities operating at over 96% reliability.
