Company History: The ITB was established in 2019 by the Motive Rail, Inc. shortline group to lease 11 miles of former Illinois Central line between Heyworth and Clinton, Illinois. All Motive Rail shortlines share a common diesel paint scheme. Traffic consists of farm products.
