Company History: The BVRwy built a streetcar line around 1906 from Boise, Idaho to Nampa. Together with the Boise & Interurban Railway, they formed a 70 mile loop from Boise to Nampa, Caldwell, Linder, Collester and back to Boise. The two lines were merged to form the Idaho Railway Light & Power Company around 1912. That service was marketed as the Idaho Traction Company.
